  • What if I need to change or cancel my order?
    Once your order is placed it immediately goes into processing, packing and shipping. Once an order has gone into packing, we are not able to cancel or change it. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order and cannot issue refunds on any orders that have already been processed. Please check the information you enter at checkout carefully and be sure you are interested in ordering from Nani before doing so as we do not take returns.
  • What's the status of my order?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click your tracking number to see the status of the delivery. Tracking your order on USPS will provide more up to date tracking information.
  • What if something I ordered arrives damaged?
    If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item immediately. We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, we do not offer refunds.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our items.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of our payments are done through a secure payment processor and your information is never shared with third parties.
